Klet-Brda, Quercus Pinot Bianco 2023

Klet-Brda are one of Slovenia's most successful wineries. They created their Quercus range to focus on a modern, fruit-driven style of winemaking which makes for the perfect accompaniment with Mediterranean cuisine. In the 20 years of Quercus, the brand has become known for producing wines which perfectly balance fantastic flavour and great value. Pinot Bianco (Pinot Blanc) 2023 is taken from select vineyards in the region of Brda, where the grapes are harvested and aged in stainless steel for 6 months to preserve maximum freshness in the wine. Satiny soft, lychee and lemon on the palate, rounded off with a distinct note of pear and white flowers. A great pair with herby chicken dishes or soft cheeses.
